Please let us know what the issue is (e.g. via Whatsapp so it’s easy to share pictures) and we’ll do our utmost to correct any mistake. NOTE! Especially in the case of stains it’s always better to inform us before you try to do anything yourself.
Our Terms & Conditions apply. We tag every incoming item individually with a water resistent barcode. So it’s nearly impossible to lose an item. Through video recordings we monitor the inspection and sorting process when garments come in. If there are missing items we can review the recordings and in the unlikely case we’ve lost an item we’ll naturally reimburse you for it.
No, not needed. We like to make things easy for you and besides it is our expertise to know exactly what cleaning process (wet cleaning/dry cleaning/handwashing) at which temperature is most suited for the garments you need to get cleaned.
NOTE! When you are also enjoying our ‘Wash & Fold’ service you do have sort your items. For all your garments you can decide if you want them to get cleaned professionally (including ironing and returned on a hanger) or with a simple laundry process like at home (wash-dry-fold, no ironing).
For sure! Recycling is in our DNA so you can send back the hangers and packaging. The hangers we’ll use over and over again, the biodegradable packaging is discarded with the other organic waste. The reusable Fornet Laundry Bags are washed once in a while to maintain hygiene standards.
Yes, via the app you can make any change (delay or cancel) until 3 hours before the pickup/delivery is actually executed.
For the first pickup we suggest to meet in person and discuss your exact needs as well as any concerns you might have. After that, we can make an arrangement for pickup & delivery instructions which are specifically applicable to your location, e.g. if you have a concierge in your building or you’d like to use some smart key solution. Send us a message if this is of interest. We can suggest some highly innovative new technologies to maintain security while enjoying the convenience of contactless delivery.

You only have to do one thing: collect the items you want to get cleaned before the rider arrives. This will speed up the process.
When it’s your first order the rider will bring a laundry bag with your barcoded nametag on it. On your doorstep, these laundry bags are filled with your items so they are kept together. By using the bag-system we prevent any lost items at all times. Upon the delivery of the cleaned items you get to keep the laundry bag in case you would like to use the service again.
With our professional Wet & Dry cleaning process we most certainly can. For the simple Wash & Fold service this is not included in the pricing.
NOTE! We do follow the instructions on the care label in the garment at all times. So in case some garment is send in for Wash & Fold that actually requires professional care we’ll inform you in advance via text messaging.
Yes, that is 100% part of our expertise. We have the professional knowledge and machines to remove stains and we like a challenge. Please also know however, that there are rare cases where stains can’t be removed anymore.
In general this rule of thumb applies: when you get a stain on your garment, leave it untouched and get it to us as fast as you can. Untreated and fresh stains are the easiest to remove.
