Really lovely service and reasonable prices. The end product at pickup was exactly as expected and it was great to receive an email as soon as it was ready for pick up. The store is in a very convenient place also, a very short walk from Amsterdam Zuid station. Will definitely be using this service again in future.

Paid €7 to get the collar of my white t-shirt whitened only to receive it with the stain very much still there. Moreover, the man who was there before me was told that they “couldn’t find his pants” among all the clothes and that sorry, but that he could return in 3 days to see if they had found them. What a disappointment. The only positive aspect was the kind staff.

Overall a really pleasant experience. From the moment i did the handover of our clothing items (1 male suit and 2 female suit jackets) to the emails confirmation and the pick up. Every clothing item looks new. I’ll be a regular for sure.

Fornet provides literally the best laundry service in town!
Good prices, excellent quality and a friendly dedicated customer service. I heard they have 1600 laundry point in China. I hope this is the first of a long list coming to Europe!

Messaged with an employee in advance (on the way to work). Sent a photo of a hole in my pants and as soon as I arrived I was helped and the hole was closed, so I could continue my way to work. Because some customers came in in the meantime, it took a little longer, but this is not unsurmountable.

I can't believe how good the clothes fixing service is! I had a huge hole on one of my favorite shirts and I heard insane prices from tailors that will just sew the hole. I wasn't expecting much, but my shirt is as good as new! The cut and hole is not showing at all even under a microscope! It only cost me 10 euro too! I still can't believe the amazing quality. Also the service was amazing, they sent me an email when it was done and the lady was very friendly. The best place to fix clothes in Amsterdam and possibly Netherlands!

Modern dry cleaning. I love that you can pay by card and it’s a very modernized. You receive an email once your things are done. Great!
They got almost all of the stains out of my blazer for a great price!
The prices for alterations such as fixing a small hole or repairing a button were quite pricey in my opinion but often this is actually pricey considering you can do it yourself.

Easy process, friendly people! I liked that they answered my question about what kind of cleaning my garment needed and also what they did to clean it. What I would like to have seen, is that my questions about the garments' treatment were answered at drop-off and not after the fact at the pick-up.

They ruined a soft delicate cardigan, blamed it on the material and no refund was provided. I would have appreciated them telling me upfront if it was not possible to dry clean such material.

You would expect pretty steep pricing from a company dealing with suits that's in the middle of Amsterdam's business district, but actually the pricing was very decent, similar to that of the in-house services of Suitsupply but not as limited in options.
In only a few days they completely tailored my suit to my exact requirements. The guy who took measurements had some good advice too and really helped to make the right decisions in a very short time.
In summary they did a perfect job in a short time for a good price, I definitely recommend Fornet.

The WORSE dry cleaning ever. Don’t go there if you want your clothes to look good. I’m extremely disappointed with the results. Not only they did they completely ruin my clothes with discoloration, but their sewing services were terrible. ( please see attached photo, the hoodie was brand new and now it looks like old)

Excellent services! Went to Fornet a few weeks ago for a delicate pair of silk and wool pants. This one had a hole that kept getting bigger despite several repairs. Not only were they able to permanently repair my pants, but I was impressed with the quality of the yarn used so that the repair would not be visible. Also tried their services for shirts and bed sheets. Excellent work and delivered on time!

The best one in Amsterdam, hands down. I would know as a local. I been everywhere but this place is truly the best. I will stick with them. Besides doing a great job on their services, they are also very friendly and think about what is best for your item. Found this company on a Friday afternoon with little hope of getting laundry cleaned at last minute, but we got lucky when we found these guys. They not only came to our hotel and picked up our laundry but cleaned it within 2 hrs and delivered it back to us in great cleaned condition. Many thanks to these wonderful people! AMAZING SERVICE. I had to change my delivery time slot LAST minute and the driver was so understanding and rescheduled immediately. This is such a convenient app, you just pick your pickup date and time and they collect your clothes. Also extremely well priced. I had two coats dry cleaned for the price of what I usually pay for one. Can not recommend enough.
