As production support employee at Fornet you have one important task: making customers happy with clean fresh laundry. We offer:

Salary: Gross wage 13.90 euro per hour / € 1.214 per month (20 hours per week) + monthly vacation allowance (8.33%) & end-year bonus (5.33%) + variable bonus based on team performance KPI’s.
What are you going to do?
Your job is to support the daily operations of our flagship store and prepare orders on time and with the right quality. Consistent, high quality is the most important condition to make our high-end customers happy. So you are directly responsible for that. This requires craftsmanship in textile care: loading unloading machines, ironing, pressing and mangling. We will train you step by step in this, so you do not need to have experience in a dry cleaner / laundry. It is useful if you also do the laundry at home ;)
De basic tasks:
- You support our operation in Amsterdam in close collaboration with the team.
- Learn all about the wonderful world of textile care. Quality craftsmanship is the most important aspect for the success of a Fornet shop.
- Load and unload the machines and iron the expensive designer clothes so that they look ‘as good as new’ again.
- Manage your time carefully; make sure orders are ready on time but don’t compromise on quality.
Fysical requirements:
- You must be able to travel to the shops in Amsterdam South every day.
- You must actively participate in the operation (loading machines, ironing, mangling, etc.).
- It is useful if you can cycle/drive a car in case of emergency to deliver orders.
- You pick things up quickly and can solve problems. Never a dull day because new challenges come your way every day.
Technical requirements:
- You are familiar with digital technology software.
- Preferably you can speak basic English and Dutch but its not a hard requirement
- Interested in textiles and how to care for them.
